My husband shares our btinternet account but with his own email address. Recently emails have started disappearing from his Inbox after about one month (this doesn't happen on my email address). However, all his Sent emails are still available. I can't find anything in Settings that looks like it is causing this. There are no emails in his Archive. Any suggestions to rectify this would be most welcome!
Simply click on the "VIEW" button which is on the top right hand side of your e-mail screen (just below your e-mail address on the blue strip at the right hand end) and click on "conversation view" and hey presto! they will reappear.

Just so you are aware if you don't get a reply, you are posting on a six month old thread so hopefully the poster has it resolved by now.
Thank you for that - however, turning on conversation view just gives my husband the last 2 weeks' emails instead of just the full month he was getting. I'm still able to scroll down in my inbox to see back years.......
