Emails not coming through

 A friend who has a Gmail account has been sending me emails but I am not getting them, can anyone help resolve this please?

Check your blocked list in the BT webmail to see if that email address or the Gmail domain is not on the blocked list.

You can also try adding the email address or domain to the allow list
