For a long time now my emails have been random. Everyone who sends me an email gets a bounce back notification whereupon they ring me to tell me! Most of the time the emails are received. But some are not. All banks/utilities etc have started sending me paper statements/bills saying they can’t email. I’m self employed and it makes me wonder how many new clients I’m not getting emails from. Following advice from this group I have started to add addresses to an Allowed list. My friend this morning who got a bounce back message is on that Allowed list. I’ve ended up removing all Blocked. I currently have no address or domains blocked that I can see. I’m having to get my daughter to buy tickets etc for me or I would never receive them. She also has a btinternet.com address and has no issues. If anyone can help I’d be grateful - in language for a complete technophobe! It’s a miracle I got this far to posting a question.
How are you using your email, is it by webmail (using a browser) or are you using an email client or email app such as you might use on a mobile device?
If it is an email client/app which device are you using it on and which email client/app are you using?

On the iPad there is the purple BTMail app. On my iPhone the standard blue mail app.
Can you clarify what the bounce message states.
Friend who had a return this morning sends to btinternet.com. Her return message lists yahoo.com. I wasn’t aware I had a yahoo.com account.

she sent it to …@btinternet.com - and I did get it. She’s in my Allowed. I don’t have anything in blocked.
There are lots I don’t get as well. It feels random. But there must be a reason.
There would appear to be a problem with your email account. I doubt that any of the forum member will be able to help so I have notified the moderators of the forum about your problem. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They will advise you by posting on this thread.
