Emptied deleted items folder by mistake! HELP please!

I have just (by way of early-morning befuddlement) deleted last three years emails and then emptied the "deleted items" folder in MS Outlook.

Can I recover them?

"recover deleted items" and "recover deleted items from server" are greyed out.

Nothing I can see in online BT email page.

If you have logged onto your email account using a web browser and the emails are not in any folders or the Trash folder it means that they are no longer on the BT servers and they can not be recovered.
