As many people before me have had - I am getting error 553, and am unable to send any email , even a test email. This thinks I am sending spam. I am not using a VPN, have no URLs malware. spam etc and email is sent from the BT email website. Many people seem to get this problem - cam mine be fixed and can the issue be fixed permanently, not just one at a time>

Hi,
I am also having this problem this morning, but only with certain emails... and can't seem to get through to the help desk either via phone or the instant chat options.
Is there someone I can report this to, to get it fixed ASAP please?
