Please help - I can't send any emails at all as of today. Why is this happening, seems a problem for others too...

Hi @Rachel5,

Are you logging in through https://www.bt.com/mail to view your emails? If not, how are you accessing them?

If you're using our website, are you typing your email from scratch or are you copying and pasting data into the email?

Thanks DanielS, I have now sorted the problem, was a vpn issue...
