Keep getting the error message below when trying to send email to specific address. I am not receiving emails from them either.

The email address is to my golf club and doesn't contain anything that could be deemed to be SPAM. I read that closing and restarting router may help re dynamic IP address but it doesn't - tried twice and makes no difference. Help please!
