25MB has been a standard limit shared by multiple platforms for yonks, also is generally what business set and even in addition to that is still quite a high limit.
A quick google by myself because I dont use BTMail shows that the limit is 25MB in a few posts related to business mail, I doubt its more for a normal account.
I could be wrong but I would be super surprised if you were ever sending mails larger than that successfully.
