Error code 533

ive been unable to send emails for a while i found some help guides online but can make much sense of it

its not my firewall and im on BT broadband

the message pops up saying "an error has occurred"

Hi @twatson12 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're getting the 553 error. How do normally send emails, do you use an email client like Outlook? Have you tried sending on webmail www.bt.com/email
