Error message that email could not be delivered due to content policy

Can't send email to a group of contacts .  Each time I receive an error message:-

Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons.  Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying.

Any ideas?  I run an animal sanctuary and need to get this email out about animal welfare.  It's urgent.

how many in group?  max email group at any time is 49

If your email address is in the BCC try removing it.

Try changing the title of the email.

I've always done it this way.  I'm emailing people who support my animal sanctuary financially.  I need to BCC so they don't see each others info.  Don't know another way to stop that happening.

I did not say not to use BCC. I said if your own email address was in the BCC to remove it.

I really don't understand why folks use a personal domestic email service for this type of thing rather than a proper mail service.

Don't laugh but it is lack of knowledge/ability being able to change. Could you suggest another application (is that the word?) to use instead?

Either get your own domain and associated email service with somebody such as Ionos for about £7/month or use a mail service such as mail chimp ( Google it)

Either would look more professional and give a better service.
