Why do I get this error message when I try to send emails? Too many messages (2.3.6.2)
I can see similar complaints in July 2024 and no clear resolution for those customers

Are you using Microsoft Outlook? Are you getting the same issue if you use BT Webmail or the BT Email app?

I use this on my laptop using the login on the BT website. I do use Outlook for other email accounts on the same laptop. The error seems to be intermittent as not an issue today. How do I avoid this happening again?

If you get this error message again, could you try turning the router off and back on again to see if the emails will send after doing this.
