My BT Email account on Windows laptop & Android phone has a Spam folder; as did my iPad Air 4 until recently. I did have a problem changing passwords on this account but eventually sorted it all. However, my email account on my iPad isn't showing a SPAM folder! I have tried repeatedly to add one but when I do this, I receive a message that a SPAM folder already exists. Any help would be appreciated. Regards and a Happy New Year to you all.

It would appear to be an iPad problem and not a BT one.
Have you checked to see if you have set up the email account on the iPad as an IMAP account or a POP3 account?
If you go into the iPads email account settings you may find a list of mail boxes that you can select. Make sure that the "Spam/Junk" folder box is ticked.
Thank you for your help. It has helped me solve my problem.
