I cannot delete blocked senders on btemail on iPad. I have to turn on my PC to be able to do it. Why? There isn’t actually a means to SELECT a sender on iPad in the first instance. However, there is an icon by the name of a blocked sender on the PC version of btemail.

The apps to not have the same settings available as a BT webmail on a browser. You could always access BT webmail on your iPad's browser to save you turning on your PC.
In any event, if you are using "Block Sender" to block spam you are most likely wasting your time as the email address that you see from spammers is rarely the email address that the spam was sent from.
Thank you for your response. I will take another approach to having the email on the iPad. Just for information, I had accidentally put a supermarket’s legitimate address in the blocked list which I needed to reverse, it wasn’t a scammer. But thanks.
I have deleted the app and accessed btemail on the web. Problem solved thank you.
Your help also cured another problem which I had been struggling with. Using the app I couldn’t receive pictures in emails even though I had set the settings correctly to allow all images. Now I can get them. I didn’t imagine that an outfit like BT would have an app that didn’t function just like accessing the account on the web. Silly me!
Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
