I have just been told that I have not been responding to a number of emails sent to me. They appear to have been sent by other (non BT) servers but I have no record of them. However, I do also receive other emails so it appears to be just a small number of senders (one of whom is in Poland). I have no ideal where to look or what to do. Any suggestions please?

Check you have not block the email addresses or the email domain ( the part after @)
Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
Thanks. This has worked well. Looks like I blocked by mistake both email address of the sender and domain name rather than just blocking the spam sender. Thanks again for your help.
