Is BT Webmail down?

It seems like it is all ok now on iphone and desktop which is a relief as at one point i was able to sign in but not able to see any of my emails.

Now up and running. Keep trying. Took ages to contact BT and was then told could be out for 4-24 hours due to maintenance

If this thread shows anything, it's the futility in trying to contact BT over such an issue!

The 'call center' will know nothing, simply reading a script to pacify you, and promising the fault will be fixed as soon as possible.

More efficient to check a site such as, DownDetector' to see if there are mass reports of it being down, in which case BT will be aware and will be doing something about it. Individual phone calls do nothing... Still, if you got the time & patience, knock yourselves out.
