Is this BT email real or spam.

I received this email this morning, something tells me its spam.  The urgency, no account number and no name.  It's from Desk care and to BT updates.

New Update Required.

Your account needs to be updated to the latest version. We are making required system updates, and older versions will no longer accept logins after December 5th, 2024.
