Is anyone experiencing very, very slow response time with latest BT email upgrade? I sometimes have to wait several seconds to see the last 5 characters that I typed on an email; similar to a common experience working on a mainframe back in 1980s.
Interestingly, as I type here in the message box provided by community.bt.com, I do not experience any latency! Also, Gmail works fine, so this is not a feature of my laptop or slow broadband - I have fast fibre to the house.

I am not really sure whether or how defects in the email system filter back to the developers responsible for bug fixing. My intention was to draw attention to the defects that I have experienced.

The problem does seem to have diminished. Aside from that particular issue, I am finding that the email works better using MS Edge.. for the moment.
