Reading between the lines of your totally incoherent ramblings, it would appear you have purchased a Halo 3+ service but don't have EE mobile coverage. Call customer services and cancel the Halo3+ part of the contract.
Also the Hybrid Connect doesn't back up digital voice if the full broadband goes down.
