Leaving BT email

Hi. We are looking at leaving BT broadband due to cost, am I right in thinking we can keep both my email and my wife’s email address and account but via web mail ? We have lots of folders full of old important emails, if we change to basic will these folders and emails still be available or will we loose them.

Yes. Your email accounts will be "downgraded" to BTMail Basic.

All your folders will remain as they are at present.

It does not say that you will lose them either. I can assure you that your folders will be there just as they are today.
