Locked out of email and unable to access pin

Hi there,

I am currently unable to log in to my email due to 'suspicious activity', so therefore am unable to access the recovery pin. The security question answer escapes me and I am currently working abroad and unable to call the help centre does anyone know of a way that I can regain access to my account?

There is no way to by pass the security of your acount.

You need use the prescribed methods either calling BT and answer the security questions or the PIN method.

Once you do gain entry you should log onto your MyBT and set up an alternative email address such as a gmail address as your recovery email address so as to avoid this in future.

Thanks so much, I was hoping that there wold be another security measure that I might have been able to use

and yes the recovery email is definitely going to happen!
