Lost email folder

Please can someone help me recover an email folder that I believe was deleted last weekend . it includes a number of important historical emails that I wanted/needed to keep.

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your email account, but may be able to offer advice.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help, when everything else has been tried.

You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.

Assuming it was deleted by you in error. Log onto your email account go to the Trash folder.

If you have not emptied the Trash since you deleted the folder, you should see a small arrow to the left of the Trash folders name.

Click on the arrow and your folder should be there. Click on the folder and drag and drop it back into your My Folders.
