Hi @Trudiem I'm afraid that what you have been advised is correct. If the sent emails have been deleted from the BT servers by an email client then we don't have a way to recover these. We can ask our email team to check the server logs to see what device the deletion request has come from and I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can send over your details to the moderation team.
