I successfully access my BT Mail account on my Iphone, MACBOOK via MS Outlook: however I have constant issues when using MS Outlook on my MAC desktop!
Sometimes it works okay, then get message to sign-in and it does not recognise the account.
Tried deleting account and the it won't allow the account to be created (despite using the correct BT IMAP settings).
What is the problem?? Can it be fixed??
