Make a copy all email folders and Inbox

Go to solution

Without using a third party app similar to 'Advik' ($99), is it possible or does anyone know how to make a copy of all folders, including, Inbox, Sent etc...(not deleted or spam) in a readable format in for Windows?

You need to make sure that Thunderbird is configured as IMAP, and that all folders are "subscribed" to, including any sub folders. That is assuming that all folders are present on the BT mail server, and visible on webmail.

Right click on the account and then click 'Subscribe', tick the boxes against the folders you wish to sync and click 'subscribe'.
