Log in to BT i.d. is fine but whenever I click on your poducts/email 'manage' I get the error:
Error 500--Internal Server Error

I am sorry for the problems you're having managing your emails when logged into your BT ID. Can you double check that you've claimed account holder status? Here is the link to show you how: What's the difference between an account holder and an account manager in MyBT?
