Missing emails

I have been missing some emails seemingly randomly, for some weeks. I have looked in blocked senders but their names are not there. Basically I don’t know what I have missed, and only realise I have missed one when someone comments to me, or I see I am included in a group message but have only seen replies to this from other people in that group. I’m not sure how to proceed. Any help gratefully received,

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders".

This time, if you are already sure the email addresses are not there, look for the senders domain (the part after @) to see if you have blocked the their email account's domain.

The blocked domain's are usually at the top of the list. Scroll down the list and if you find the one you want. To unblock and select it. Click on "delete".

Thank you for your advice. @gmail indeed was at the top of my blocked senders list. Having unblocked this, I tested one of my known contacts who uses that domain and who I knew had emailed me previously, and lo and behold she sent me an email successfully. Who knew!!
