I have received an e-mail from a new person.
Is there a quick way to add their e-mail address to my contacts list.

Hi @Islanderuk,
When you have opened the email, click on the plus symbol that will appear when you hover your mouse over the email address:
Then click on Create new contact. That should let you add them quick.
Thanks

Thanks for responding
Unfortunately it doesn't. I still have to manually enter the name and e-mail address.
In some e-mail programmes you can highlight the e-mail address right click and an option to "Add to Contacts" comes upand. You then simply press the option and the details are added to the contact list, but this does not appear to be available on BT Internet
You are very welcome @Islanderuk.
I'm using our webmail that you access through https://www.bt.com/mail. Are you using the same?
I've tried a few of my email accounts and I get the option to create a contact. Once you have opened the email, you can left click on the email and it brings up Create new contact or Add to existing contact. It automatically adds the email address but I do have to enter their name.
Thanks
