New interface is dreadful

Why have BT introduced a new email interface which is regularly not working? I keep getting  We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later.

It's also so much slower and we've lost the "Move to" from incoming emails, which I used regularly to file emails into different folders.

Highly dissapointed

Known problems along with all the others that have yet to be fixed by BT
