Just setup my BT email yesterday and had it working on my laptop with outlook and on my phone with the phone app.
Nothing has changed since yesterday but suddenly I'm not getting emails into my outlook inbox. Outlook keeps asking me for a password. When I check the error it states that the email server rejected my login. Verify user name and password. Server responded -ERR Invalid user name or password.
I have no problems sending emails and i am receiving the emails on my phone with the same login details.
I can get into webmail with my credentials. Webmail does seem to be classing a lot of my emails as spam/junk.
