Help! I have been required to reset passwords for 2 websites over recent days (J Parkers and 5DChocolates). Both indicate have sent the reset password email to my btinternet mail account but never received them. Have checked spam etc but no sign. Please can you assist as this is frustrating. Are the spam filters auto rejecting them?

Do you know the address they are coming from and if so have you added these to your safe senders list?
