Hi, i'm trying to reset a password on a email account which was disabled. I've re-enabled it and tried to reset the password. But now i'm in a password reset loop. Change the password, try and login, then the system tells me to reset my password and around it goes.
The status of the email account is 'Password Expired'
Can anyone help please?
Are you a BT customer? if not then you can only access BT basic email using a browser, no email client will work with BT Basic

if I log into my account I can see my email accounts. I can’t get the account to working that has the status Password Expired.
