I am unable to access my email from an android tablet, but have no problem from a windows laptop.
The error message states'sorry something has gone wrong.....', There seems to be a problem with your account.
The message states 'contact helpdesk with error code starting bmx_2x xx.
I have changed my password, but the problem persists.
My husband experiences the identical problem when attempting to access his email from my tablet.
Any suggestions to solve this frustrating problem would be extremely helpful.
