Premium Email

Hi - I’ve been a Premium Email customer to retain my @btinternet.com email addresses, paying £7.50 per month for the service.

I’ve just returned to BT and have an active broadband account / package.  I would like to link the email addresses associated with my Premium Email account / service, as they should now form part of the Broadband package.

How can / do I initiate this process?

Thanks

Re: Premium Email

You can contact the BT Premium email team on 0808 100 6778 who should be able to advise.

Re: Premium Email

You can link the email account to your new BT Broadband account.

https://www.bt.com/help/email/manage-email-account/can-i-move-my-bt-email-address-to-another-account...

When you have done that and it us showing in your MyBT you will need to call the BT Premium email team and cancell that account. Ensure that they understand you are not cancelling the email address only the BT Premium account because you have linked it.
