Users with one of the 10 additional family & friends e-mail addresses, allowed on a Standard btinternet.com e-mail account, experience a problem when replying to an e-mail that has a different “Reply-to” e-mail address to the sender’s e-mail address. The BT webmail account should send the reply to the “Reply-to” e-mail address but instead sends it to the sender’s e-mail address.
The problem appears only to occur for users using one of the 10 additional e-mail addresses and not for the BT account holder using the "main" BT account e-mail address.
