Similar problem for me. On Firefox and Google Crome browsers the Inbox is empty, but the other folders are still ok. Also if login via adroid app Inbox still has all the emails intact. Looks like this needs to be escalated to a moderator?

Hi, @Malcolm7 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, if the emails aren't on webmail it means they're no longer on the BT servers. As they are on your Android email app has that been set up to download the email and leave a copy on the server?
