TS-0003 error I am in the UK not on a VPN connected via my BT Broadband hub. please help?
Same error when trying to connect to my email and my account MY BT
Hi @jeffbaa sorry you're getting this error message.
Try disconnecting your broadband hub for around 10 mins and then when you connect again you should have a different IP address and that should resolve this for you.

Hi @NeilO just tried that and also tried tethering my laptop to my phones data and still the same messgae.
