I'm also having this issue. No idea how long people have been replying to my emails and getting sent to a different email (that I don't actually have access to!).
I've just spent 45minutes on webchat with an agent who has claimed there has never been anything about reply-to...
Guidance on fixing this as quickly as possible would be hugely appreciated!

Hi, @wrdonaldson Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, the reply to feature was removed quite some time ago so we'll have to raise a case with our email specialists to get that looked into.
