Hi. I have been unable to receive emails from a work colleague for weeks now. I've tried so many "fixes" . . . today I tried to send her an email but got "error code 10006". Please can you help me? Thank you.

Hi again !
So far as I KNOW there are only 2 email addresses causing me bother and both belong to the same person. It's weird. They were working fine until about 2 or 3 months ago.
The same thing happened to my husband about a year ago. He never got it sorted, so now his colleague sends correspondence for him via my email address.
BT are currently looking in to it for me, but I don't hold out much hope.
Any new suggestions are very welcome.
