Hi,
I wonder if you managed to get your forwarding problem fixed or has it righted itself due to some unannounced BT de-bugging?
We have a similar sort of problem but it is much simpler. When I originally got webmail from BT back in the days of steam computers I also set up an address for my wife and for her two sisters. Back then I was seen as the principal account hoilder and the ladies were 'family emails'. Under the latest BT variant of MYBT the ladies have been given quite different categories. Now how is that important? Well it might be because if my wife sends and email with me in the recipient list it never arrives into my inbox. However the other addressees do receive it. Similarly with anything that she forwards to me, the item just disappears.
I would be interested to know if anybody else has had this problem and whether you have found a fix for it.
Regards
Pete C
I have moved you onto your own thread because the OP of that thread was using a different domain and method of forwarding emails than you are and as such was having a different problem to what you have.
Try adding your wife's email address to your "Safe Senders" list and check that her email list is not in your "Blocked Senders" list.
To do that, log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".
The "Safe Senders" list is found in the same way as above. Once you have located it add your wife's email address to it and click "Save".
