Re: Repeated wrong password messages

I am having this problem since BT became EE. I am now uncertain of how many different passwords I need. Changing one password seems to mess up every BT Web site. I wish they would give clear instructions as to how many different options there are now.  Have just noticed today 8th Sept after another update my email page has lost it's tick boxes on the left for deleting emails it just now greys the message you want to delete. The gray colour is not deep enough to be able to quickly check you will delete the one you mean to delete.

Nightmare of an email system

@Benjy2

Are you now an EE customer? If you are, then you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

BT has not become EE. BT Residential customers are being persuaded to move to EE.

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

Re: Repeated wrong password messages

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction .That's another example of the lack of info after the amalgamation. So although my email address is btinternet.com I am actually with EE. Think I'll have a lie down in a dark room ha ha.
