i ve had the same problem,been locked out for 2 weeks,been passed around like a rag doll,been on hold for over an hour in one instance,people on phone super friendly,but cant find no solution,eventually got connected to indian call centre,she said,my details are masked on her end,cos BT dont own the talk 21 domain!! What the hell has that got to do with this problem,,ive had this email for over 20 yrs,,was taken over by yahoo decade ago,then BT 4 yrs ago i think,,now im blocked out!! I know my security questions,but still no luck,i tried logging in via t21.com route,but it dont recognise that either!!

What device are you using to access your email account?
Do you access your email account on more than one device and if you do does this happen on every device that you use?
How are you trying to access your email account. Is it with and email client/app or with a web browser?
What is the exact message that you are getting when you try to log on?
What have you tried to fix this since you became locked out?
Have you tried using the email address format joe.bloggs.t21@btinternet.com?
forgot to add,i did try to access the email using the t21@btinternet.com it says this user does not exist!
Have you tried using the "Forgot Log in details" on the BTMail log on page?
Do you have a MyBT? If you do can you log onto that?
Have you tried the BTMail Help line Email Team rather than just the "normal" help line?
