I have been receiving someone else's emails for a while now, I have asked the senders to stop sending the emails to my wife's account but it appears that BT have allowed two users to have the same email address.
Please can someone advise on how we can sort this out.
two users can't have same email address more likely the senders have the email address of their customer incorrectly entered on their system. you could block the senders domain so you don't receive emails if they are not responding to your request to alter their records
