I really hate the new email format and can;t seem to remove the preview pane. I’ve selected the ‘None’ option in preview but it makes no difference.
Try clearing your web browsers history and cookies then close and reopen your browser and change the setting again.
I don't use an iPad so can not help with that however there have been a few issues regarding the "new" BTMail interface that appear to be specific to iPads and iPhones so this may be another issue that needs to added to the list that the BT email team will need to look into and fix.
I will ask the forum moderators to pass this on to them.
