Saved emails have disappeared

Emails I needed to keep that I moved into folders have disappeared. Some folders only have from 2024 some back to 2022. Extremely important emails concerning work contracts gone!!!!!! They were moved to folders for a reason as they needed to be kept as evidence. On my android and desk top

Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.

When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.

Makes no difference but thank you for advice. Just appears BT have decided to delete my older emails without my knowledge.

mine have vanished too - is it because of bt cloud going? I thought they would be safe in folders
