Sent emails missing from SENT folder in webmail and all devices

Dear BT Community Moderators

Can you please guide me on how to report to BT technical support the problem of sent emails not being retained in the sent emails folder on webmail - ie not in the server sent folder - and also not being saved in mail client folders on laptops, phone or tablet?

All settings on my devices are set correctly so we are sure it is not an end user device issue.

I read in one of your forum threads that the way to get resolution on this was to flag to a mod who can then raise it to BT.

Welcome and thanks for posting!  Sorry for the problems you're having with your sent email items.  Is it just the sent item folder you're having problems with?  Have you checked all your folders and devices the the mailbox has been set up on?
