Hello,
When I look at my account through the webmail interface I see a spam folder. This folder does not get generated in my Windows PC's Thunderbird client. I believe it is the BT spam engine that moves messages into this folder.
I would like to occasionally look for messages that have gone into spam folder without having to use webmail.
Is there a way of getting it to show up as a folder in Thunderbird?
Cheers.
It sounds like you have set your Thunderbird up as a POP3 account instead of an IMAP account.
If it is a POP3 account it will not show the Spam folder or any other folders other than the Inbox folder that are on your webmail.
You would need to set up T'bird as an IMAP account which will then show and synchronise with all your folders that you see on webmail.
I'm pretty sure it is set to IMAP but will check, thanks for the suggestion.

If it is configured as IMAP, make sure all folders are set to sync with the server.
I can't see how to set a folder to sync or not. Thanks for responding.
Click on File > Subscribe > Select the account and select folders to subscribe to.
Thanks, I'm certainly going to take a look there.
