I appear to be stuck in a loop trying to sign into my account. The problem is, I log in, it asks me to verify my email which I do. Then it takes me back to login, and tells me my email isn't verified and to verify again. Have done this now multiple times on various devices and the result is always the same...
Anyone know of any solution for this?

Do you have two factor authentication set up on your account? If you do it sounds like 2FA is stuck in a loop and will need cleared at BTs end.
If that is the case it used to be that a moderator could facilitate clearing it but I suspect now you will need to call BT 0330.1234.150 and ask for it to be done via the email team.
