Sub Folders display on my laptop and old iPad sidebar, but do not display on my new iPad?

Is this when using an email app or when using a web browser?

If it is when using an email app make sure you have set it up as an IMAP account so that it replicates and synchronises with the BT servers as shown when you use a web browser.
