Too many messages (2.3.6.3)

From this morning, I cannot send emails from Outlook, Android mail app or web-browser. I have cleared out old emails from trash but it's still not working. Any ideas, please?!

Hi - can I check what you are suggesting the solution, please? There seems to be a variety of suggestions on that thread.

I should have said “See this thread”. The solution is the post flagged as being solved.

The issue is across difference devices and different apps, as well as the BT Web-browser, so I can't see that re-installing apps/outlook will help. Any idea how to contact a BT technical person, please?
