As of today im unable to reply or compose an email on the My BT Webmail. Yesterday was fine.
Can someone PLEASE help as im trying to apply for a new job and this has now made it impossible.!
Im using Firefox on an old iMac.
But all was fine yesterday.
Just use the built in Mac mail app or download Thunderbird rather than webmail.
I don't know how to do any of that and its not the point. I wan't to know why i can't do today what i could do yesterday and how it can be put right.!!

Download and install Thunderbird from here https://www.thunderbird.net/en-GB/
Create a new email account (make sure it is IMAP) and enter your email address and password.
Thunderbird will set up the account with the correct details.
Im now unable to compose a new email or reply to anything on BT Webmail. Why has this happened over night.?. Do these things not get tested before just being changed. This is awfull.!!..

Sorry I thought updating it with more issues may help to resolve the problem.
all I want to know is how to resolve the issue with the BT mail system that I had.
there must be a fix as it was fine last night.
maybe BT will fix it in the end. Downloading another mail program doesn’t fix the fault with my existing one.
(make sure it is IMAP) Sorry i have no idea what this means.!
